RouteXpress Transportations LLC

Terms of Service

Safety • Trust • Comfort In Every Route

Please review these Terms of Service before requesting or using transportation services through RouteXpress Transportations LLC.

Effective date: August 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RouteXpress Transportations LLC website and your requests for private transportation services. By submitting a request, communicating with RouteXpress regarding a trip, or using a confirmed transportation service, you agree to these Terms.

RouteXpress Transportations LLC provides private transportation services in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and selected destinations throughout Florida, subject to availability, scheduling, route feasibility and confirmation.

2. Transportation Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, sending an email, or contacting RouteXpress does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. Each request is reviewed for availability, routing, timing, passenger needs and other service details.

A trip is considered confirmed only after RouteXpress communicates its acceptance and any required payment, deposit or other confirmation requirement has been satisfied.

3. Estimates, Pricing and Additional Charges

Any estimate shown on the website or provided before final review is informational and may change when the final trip details are confirmed. Pricing may depend on pickup and destination locations, mileage, time, waiting time, number of passengers, stops, return service, special scheduling, tolls, parking, airport or port requirements, and other trip-specific factors.

Any applicable processing fee or other disclosed charge will be communicated before final confirmation whenever practicable.

4. Customer Information and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including names, contact information, pickup and destination addresses, travel dates, requested times, passenger count, luggage or mobility-related needs, and any other information reasonably required to coordinate the service.

Customers should promptly notify RouteXpress of changes. Material changes may require a revised schedule, revised price, or a new availability review.

5. Pickup Times, Delays and Waiting

RouteXpress makes reasonable efforts to provide punctual and organized transportation. Travel times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, security procedures, airport or cruise-port operations, school dismissal procedures, mechanical issues and other circumstances outside RouteXpress’s reasonable control.

Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. Excessive waiting or unplanned changes may result in additional charges when applicable and communicated.

6. Airport, Cruise Port and Long-Distance Services

Customers requesting airport or cruise-port transportation are responsible for providing accurate flight, terminal, ship or embarkation information when requested. RouteXpress may adjust coordination based on known arrival or departure information and operational access requirements.

Long-distance trips within Florida are subject to route availability, scheduling, driver-hours considerations and advance coordination.

7. Private School Transportation

Private school transportation is offered based on route availability, schedule compatibility and prior coordination with the responsible parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate student, school, pickup, drop-off and authorized-contact information.

School transportation arrangements are private services provided by RouteXpress and do not imply sponsorship, employment or contractual affiliation with a school unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Passenger Conduct and Safety

Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and must not engage in unlawful, dangerous, abusive or disruptive conduct. RouteXpress may refuse or discontinue service when conduct creates a safety risk to the driver, passengers, vehicle or public.

Seat belts must be used when required by law. Parents or guardians remain responsible for any legally required child restraint or other passenger-specific safety requirement unless a different arrangement has been expressly confirmed in advance.

9. Luggage, Personal Property and Mobility Items

Customers should disclose unusually large luggage, equipment or mobility items before confirmation so that available space can be reviewed. RouteXpress is not responsible for items left behind unless liability is required by applicable law.

Foldable mobility devices may be accommodated when space and safe handling permit. Customers should disclose relevant requirements before service so RouteXpress can determine whether the requested transportation can be safely provided.

10. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Payment timing, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, refund eligibility and any late or additional charges may vary by service and will be governed by the specific terms communicated for the confirmed reservation.

If a service-specific written policy is provided during the booking process, that policy forms part of these Terms for that reservation and controls in the event of a conflict regarding that specific service.

11. Website, Forms and Electronic Communications

Customers may use the RouteXpress website and forms only for lawful purposes. By submitting a request, customers authorize RouteXpress to contact them regarding that request by email, telephone, text message, WhatsApp or other contact method they provide, as reasonably necessary to coordinate the requested service.

Electronic confirmations, notices and service communications may be used as part of the booking and customer-service process.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the RouteXpress Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services such as mapping, payment, analytics, advertising, email or communication platforms. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RouteXpress is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

RouteXpress will exercise reasonable care in providing confirmed transportation services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RouteXpress is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, road closures, government actions, airport or port delays, or inaccurate information provided by a customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

RouteXpress names, logos, website content, graphics, photographs and other original materials are owned by or licensed to RouteXpress Transportations LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as allowed by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court or forum having lawful jurisdiction, unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution method.

17. Changes to These Terms

RouteXpress may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, operations, technology or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
